what’s our process?

Artists feed the AI program prompts to get images that match the art direction or layout, then they figure out what works and what doesn't. After picking parts of the AI-generated images, they pop 'em into Photoshop to nail down the composition.
From there, they draw a frame or a comp based on their "freshly bashed" (that's a term for combining different reference images) creation. FYI, not all of the images here are 100% AI-generated.
Sometimes an artist can get a background or part of one pretty fast with AI, but for poses, clothing, expressions, and angles, good old stock images are the way to go.
