Aasha Ramdeen was born in Trinidad and currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Introduced to fashion at sixteen, it was this experience that would later influence her sketches, painting and design aesthetic. She received her BA in Graphic Design and MFA in Fine Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2002 and has been a Fashion Illustrator ever since. She has been the recipient of such honors as "Best of Show" in Applied Arts magazine, and recognition by the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles (SILA).
